Introduction

Welcome to Tab. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tab website (gettab.eu) and your participation in our early access waitlist. By signing up for the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't sign up.

Tab is currently in early development. These Terms apply to the waitlist and website only—not to the Tab POS software itself, which will have its own Terms when it launches.

What Tab Is

Tab is a point-of-sale (POS) system designed for independent bars and pubs. We're building it to be simple, affordable, and offline-first. Right now, we're gathering interest from bar owners who want early access to the beta version.

The Waitlist

By joining the waitlist, you're expressing interest in trying Tab when it's ready. Here's what that means:

• No guarantees: Signing up does not guarantee you'll receive early access. We'll invite people in small batches based on location, setup, and timing.
• No commitments: You're not signing a contract or agreeing to pay anything. If you change your mind, you can unsubscribe at any time.
• No purchase required: Joining the waitlist is completely free. We will never ask for payment information at this stage.

Use of the Website

When using this website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information (a valid email address).
• Not use automated tools (bots, scripts) to spam the waitlist.
• Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the website or its services.

We reserve the right to remove anyone from the waitlist if we suspect abuse or fraudulent activity.

All content on this website—including text, design, logos, and code—is owned by Tab or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of this website without our permission.
